1. How long does it take to get the guides printed?   It depends on how long it takes to get it on the schedule, the length of business sales contacts, size of project, all affect the time involved. Therefore, usually we figure on 6-8 months.     2. Number of copies provided?   Depends upon the number of associates and your area population. However, usually we print a minimum of 1,000 up to 5,000 or more copies. This is discussed on an individual basis. We would like you to have enough to distribute for 12 months or more.     3. If we agree to a 5 year commitment, how many publications will we get?   Usually 3 to 5 publications. This commitment is optional.     4. What if we run out of copies?   We will be glad to publish another edition for you. It would be a new updated version and would take another 6-8 months.     5. How much does advertisements cost?   We have a wide range of spaces available depending upon size, location, color, etc. However, the most popular is $395 to $495 including designing their advertisement. They can go up or down from there. We try to have something to fit every budget.     6. Can publications be linked to my web site?   Yes, one option provides you with online distribution rights which includes an online version that can be upload to your website..     7. How long have you been involved in producing publications?   For over 25 years.     8. Are all publications in full-color?   Our guides are in brilliant full-color.     9. How much work do we have to do?   Very little. We handle all the research, analysis, photography, design and layout from cover to cover, and send it for your approval. Your only responsibility is to provide the information about your firm/broker for your customized 4-5 pages that will be included in the guide of your choice.
